Questions
How do you ensure the safety of the children?
Each of our locations have cameras inside and outside, continually being monitored. while our entrances are accessible only by code.
Are the child care centers licensed?
Yes, we are licensed through New York State Office of Children and Family Services (NYOCFS).
How does staff communicate with the families?
We utilize the app, Brightwheel to both communicate with the parents while uploading activities your child has done throughout the day.
What if my child has special needs?
We actively monitoring and access each child’s development. If a concern arises, the parents will be provided with the proper resources to get the child evaluated. We allow all therapies to come to our locations to provide additional support to the child.
Does your program have a daily route?
The center has a daily scheduled that is followed. We incorporate; snack, play, circle, structured learning, and outside time.
Does the child care staff have special training or credentials?
Yes, lead teachers have to have at least an associates degree or a CDA, and all staff are required to maintain their certifications and stay up-to-date with state regulations and continual trainings.
